What is a Service and Maintenance Agreement?
A Service and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is DHI's annual software support package. Every FEFLOW licence includes SMA in the first year - giving you technical support, software updates, and training from day one.
Renewing your SMA keeps your FEFLOW software current and your team supported. It also maintains your access to the tools, resources, and community benefits that are exclusive to active FEFLOW SMA holders.
How does the Service and Maintenance Agreement work?
Your support package is included in the first year of every FEFLOW license purchase. After that, continue with a fixed annual fee to maintain access to support, updates, and the full suite of FEFLOW exclusive tools.
