Please provide as much relevant information as you can. If you submit your contact information, we may contact you for clarification if you provide contact details.

What happens after you submit

  1. DHI logs and triages the report with the relevant security and product teams.
  2. DHI assesses the affected product, severity, exploitation status and any need for remediation or customer communication.
  3. Where required, DHI will notify the relevant authorities under the EU Cyber Resilience Act and take appropriate corrective action.
  4. If you provide contact details, we may contact you regarding questions, status or next steps.

For urgent reports

If you believe that a vulnerability is being actively exploited, or that an incident presents an immediate risk, please state this clearly in the form and provide any relevant time-sensitive details.
