DHI divests operations in Slovakia

DHI A/S has agreed to sell its Slovakian subsidiary, DHI Slovakia, to the company’s Managing Director, Marian Kucera.

The parties have agreed that Marian Kucera will acquire all shares in DHI SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. with effect from 19 December 2025.

As of this date, the company will exit the DHI Group and will continue under new ownership and a new company name. This legal entity will assume responsibility for all existing contractual obligations, client relationships and current employee contracts.
