Tove Feld joins the Board of Directors at DHI A/S. She is an experienced board profile with a background in international management and specialises in sustainable technologies and the green transition. Tove Feld replaces Merete Søby, who has been a member of the board since 2016.

Tove Feld has just joined the Board of Directors at DHI at the company's annual general meeting. 

Jakob Thomasen, Chairman of the Board of DHI, says: 

‘Tove has solid experience in international management, strategic transformation and scaling of technology-driven companies and is therefore the perfect match for DHI. With our DHI+ strategy, we are working to strengthen the development of DHI's unique software solutions and technologies to solve the global challenges with water and water environments. Tove's special competences within sustainable technologies and the green transition will make her a great asset to the company. I am very much looking forward to the upcoming collaboration.’ 

Tove Feld has 30 years of experience in leadership and strategic transformation from several energy and infrastructure companies and has previously worked in international, executive positions at Ørsted, Siemens Gamesa and DNV, among others. In recent years, she has held a number of positions as a professional board member on the boards of Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA, Polytech A/S and FORCE Technology. FORCE Technology is also a Research and Technology Organisation (RTO or GTS in Danish) like DHI. The task of the seven Danish RTOs is to accelerate the business community's adaptation of new knowledge and technology.

Tove Feld replaces Merete Søby, who has been a member of DHI's Board of Directors since 2016, for the past four years as vice chairman, but who is now stepping down. Jakob Thomasen says:
