Designed for ecological modeling

Ecological modeling is a young discipline. It deviates fundamentally from hydrodynamic modeling as the substances and elements in the system may have or take different forms. Therefore it is necessary to operate with networks of interacting subsystems exchanging the substance or element in its different forms with other subsystems. All ecosystems are not equal. Each eco- system should be evaluated individually for the factors that are most important to the particular ecosystem.
