DHI Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary company of DHI Water Environment Health, a global independent research and consultancy organisation.
DHI's objectives are to build competence and promote technological development in areas relevant to water, environment and health in the fields of ecology and environmental chemistry, water resources, hydraulic engineering and hydrodynamics as well as other related fields.
DHI Australia has a total staff of approximately 25, the majority of whom are professional engineers and scientists and many with post-graduate qualifications.
DHI Australia has offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth with local representations in Newcastle and at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

International Collaborating Centres
DHI is designated as Collaborating Centre for the World Health Organisation, WHO, and for the United Nations Environmental Programme, UNEP, and furthermore as Advisory Centre for the Global Water Partnership.
